What is Mister Servicios?
It is a platform that connects clients with freelancers to carry out projects and services in a simple and safe way.
How is the fee paid?
You can pay directly within the platform using a credit card, debit card, or electronic wallets.
You are only charged when you accept a request.
How much does it cost for freelancers?
Registering and creating a profile is free. However, to accept a project and chat with the client, the freelancer must pay 15 pesos for each accepted proposal.
It is also possible to pay for packages of 5 proposals for 60 pesos to 10 proposals for 100 pesos.
What happens if the client does not respond after paying?
Payment does not guarantee that the project will be completed, but it gives you access to direct chat with the client to negotiate.
If the client does not respond within the following 10 days, you can request a refund from your panel.
How does the review system work?
When the service is completed, the employer can mark the mission as “completed” directly from the chat.
By doing so, you will be able to rate the provider with a score of 1 to 5 stars, taking into account:
The quality of the work
The delivery time
Communication and kindness
Leaving a review is very important, since the best ratings help providers to have more visibility and appear better positioned on the site.
The provider can also rate the client once the mission is marked as completed.

We take your privacy very seriously.
All information is encrypted and protected, and we never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
Can I offer more than one service?
Yes. You can publish several different services or categories from your panel.
The more services you publish, the greater your visibility and your chances of receiving requests.
What can I do from my panel?
Each user has their own dashboard for:
- View your requests and chats
- Check your credits
- Edit your profile
- See reviews received
- Publish or pause services
What type of services can be offered?
Almost any type of legal service:
- Home (cleaning, gardening, plumbing, electricity)
- Classes and tutorials
- Edit your profile
- Personal or pet care
- Technology, design, repairs, etc.
How does a provider's profile stand out on the platform?
A provider can be highlighted on the platform in several ways.
First, it's important to correctly complete your profile in the "Edit profile" section, adding clear and detailed information. You should also add at least one service to describe your skills, as well as photos that represent your work.
Finally, by completing missions with an employer and obtaining good ratings, the profile gains greater visibility and can be highlighted within the platform.
