A. Primary Purposes (Necessary for the Provision of the Service)
- Identify you as a user (Customer or Provider) and manage your account.
- Perform the Mise en Relation (Intermediation): Share the Customer’s Request data with the Provider(s) so that they can evaluate and negotiate the service through the Site Chat.
- Payment and Hiring Management: Manage the collection of Frais de Contact from the Provider.
- Compliance with Obligations: Compliance with tax obligations before the SAT, and attend to requirements of the PROFECO.
- Security: Keep the communication history of the Site Chat for the resolution of disputes and the detection of fraud or breaches of the GCU.
